Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous work experience in retail beneficial.
