Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. You will collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer experiences while stocking shelves, handling cash transactions, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves with merchandise neatly and maintain store displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
