Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Contribute to store inventory management and monitoring.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain company standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
