Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. mindset and competencies
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Follow cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
