Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Handle cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and general store operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling policies.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
