Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Handle cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and general store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling policies.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
