Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and efficiently stock shelves.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail and excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma preferred.
