Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, merchandising products, and ensuring a clean and inviting store for our shoppers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring neat displays and organization of products.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining inventory accuracy and minimizing losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
