Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are attractive.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, inventory management, and other store-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a retail setting beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
