Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor and report on product inventory and any issues
- Comply with cash handling procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Capable of operating store equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
