Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your role is vital in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) daily.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask efficiently.
• Meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages if applicable.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable.
