We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, and offer feedback to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, handle cash transactions, and uphold security standards.
  • Assist in store inventory management and participate in inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
