Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
