Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance through merchandising, cash register operation, and exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
