Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and can multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
