Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and report any issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
