Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, including processing customer purchases and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
