Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise is neatly presented.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Adhere to company policies, including security and confidentiality procedures.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and provide feedback on products and inventory.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
