Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $17.00 per hour
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient and accurate operation of a cash register.
• Capability to operate store equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
