Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the store's appearance while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise according to guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Proficiency in operating equipment and following company policies.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
