Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers by ensuring the store is well stocked, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service and operational tasks as per company guidelines.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise, maintain displays, and handle customer transactions at the cash register.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Contribute feedback on product inventory, pricing, and customer concerns to improve store performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older with the ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and basic equipment commonly used in retail settings.
  • Capable of physical tasks such as lifting, stocking, and general cleaning following company standards.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High school diploma preferred with previous retail experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
