Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time role offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Take inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on products and general store issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
