Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Collaboration with team members and clear communication with management are essential aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a neat merchandise display.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and ensure exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, provide feedback on products, and report any issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Good physical condition to handle stocking tasks and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
