Job Description

Join Aldi as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you will play a key role in maintaining a top-quality shopping experience for our customers. As a full-time team member, you will handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning duties while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Uphold company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
  • Aptitude for using equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience is a plus.
