Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support the shopping experience of customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
