Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Assist with inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail environment preferred.
