Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, handling cashier duties, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Give feedback on products, inventory, and scanning issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Comply with cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Follow all established company policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
  • Carry out additional assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Skilled in efficient cash register operation.
  • Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
