Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will elevate the customer shopping experience and deliver exceptional service.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in regular store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and handle alcoholic beverages if required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
