Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and communicate with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, participate in inventory counts, and report issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
