Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valued member of our store, you will play a key role in maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with precision.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers courteously.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
  • Contribute feedback on inventory and product quality to enhance the overall store experience.
  • Execute store inventory counts according to specified guidelines.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
  • Experience with retail procedures and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for working independently or as part of a team.
  • Compliance with alcohol handling regulations as per state and local laws.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
