Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Handle inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Physical Demands
Requirements include stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and performing various physical tasks around the store.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
