We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash register efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
