Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment safely, and interpret company policies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
