We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience. Your duties will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs and inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential shopping environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
