Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and handle alcoholic beverages if required.
