Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and presents an inviting shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies while maintaining document security.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of carrying out cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
