Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. As part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Job Type
Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week.
Starting Wage
$18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, maintain shelves, and merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Assist in inventory management and accuracy.
- Operate cash register efficiently and follow cash policies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
- Operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
