Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. As part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Job Type

Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, maintain shelves, and merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Assist in inventory management and accuracy.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and follow cash policies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
