Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values while performing daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment safely.
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
