Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support a seamless shopping experience
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues
  • Adhere to cash policies, follow procedures, and maintain document security
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Work independently, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
