Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves, display merchandise neatly, and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adherence to company policies.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and follow all cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as a hand jack and floor scrubber.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
