Customer Exit Representative

Job Description

We are actively seeking a Customer Exit Representative to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting customers as they exit our airport rental locations. Your responsibilities will include checking driver's licenses and rental agreements, inspecting vehicles for damage, entering data into handheld devices or computers, upselling additional products and services, all while delivering top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic computer skills
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work outdoors and all shifts
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months of retail customer service experience preferred
