Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the nation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction costs at a national level, collaborating with divisional teams to evaluate construction bids and ensuring cost alignment with project scopes and regional trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers to develop negotiation points with contractors.
• Provide pricing data and practices to ensure consistent pricing structure.
• Analyze bids and create detailed reports for project award decisions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor market pricing for critical trades.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate with leadership, and uphold document security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, RS Means software, and construction cost indices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
