Job Description: Clinical Development Lead, Solid Tumor Oncology, BTC & GEA

We are looking for a talented Clinical Development Lead to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious diseases. As the Clinical Development Lead for Solid Tumor Oncology in BTC and GEA, you will drive the clinical development strategy, oversee the development life cycle, and lead a team of Medical Directors and Clinical Scientists.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the clinical development of Solid Tumor Oncology in BTC and GEA.
• Develop and execute global clinical development plans, including study design and regulatory strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submissions.
• Oversee clinical trials, data analysis, and interpretation.
• Identify risks, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners.
• Foster a high-performance culture and provide mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in leading the successful development of Solid Tumor Oncology assets.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing clinical development teams.
• Executive presence and ability to articulate complex insights to stakeholders.
• MD required, board certification in Oncology preferred.
• Higher postgraduate degree (PhD) preferred.
• Clinical experience in solid tumor oncology, such as BTC or Gastrointestinal cancers preferred.
