Clinical Development Lead, Solid Tumor Oncology, BTC & GEA

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Clinical Development Lead for Solid Tumor Oncology in the areas of BTC and GEA. This pivotal role involves leading late-stage development and life-cycle management of a key Oncology asset, aligning development strategies with corporate goals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Clinical Development Lead will oversee clinical trials, analyze data, manage resources, and foster a high-performance culture within the team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Oncology asset development, proven leadership in clinical development, and strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for clinical development in BTC and GEA Oncology program.
• Develop and execute comprehensive global clinical development plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
• Oversee clinical trials, analyze data, and manage risks proactively.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and collaborative partners.
• Manage budget allocation and optimize resource planning.
• Foster a high-performance culture and provide mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in leading Solid Tumor Oncology asset development.
• Proven leadership in developing high performing clinical development teams.
• Executive presence with the capability to articulate complex insights.
• MD required, Board certified Oncologist preferred.
• Experience in solid tumor oncology, such as BTC or GEA, preferred.
