Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Shift Leaders to join our fast-growing team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and delivering exceptional products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills across all aspects of the restaurant, including preparing quality products and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and train restaurant team members, maintain shift staffing levels, and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent guest service, sales execution, and efficient use of systems and resources.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the restaurant, complying with all safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively without supervision.
• Proficiency in English, bilingual in certain markets.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with POS systems and computers.
• Ability to perform various restaurant positions.
