Job Description

We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing shift operations to ensure compliance with company standards, focusing on product quality, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in all restaurant operations, including product preparation and customer service.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, gather feedback, and utilize it to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Enhance sales through exceptional guest service, product training, and sales strategies.
• Contribute to profit goals by efficient POS system usage, cash management, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability required, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team independently.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required in certain markets.
• Basic computer skills and communication abilities.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
