Job Description

We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for directing shift operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operations skills in product preparation and guest service.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly, solicit feedback, and use it to enhance operations.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and coach for improved performance.
• Contribute to sales goals through friendly guest service and product training.
• Manage cash, inventory levels, and ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Proficient in leading a team, bilingualism may be required in certain markets.
• Comfortable working with phones and computers.
• Non-exempt, hourly position subject to background check.
