Position
ChristianaCare HomeHealth has openings for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs in New Castle County, DE. Shifts include day or night hours, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays/year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Schedule
- Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
- Weekly schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends
