Job Description

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a Full-Time RN to join our team and provide skilled nursing care in the community. As part of the supportive team, you will develop care plans, implement treatments, and ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
• Must be IV proficient or willing to train and perform IV functions.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
• Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
