Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join Charter Senior Living of Gallatin, a company that values the growth and well-being of its associates. In this position, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to residents, helping to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, grooming, and escort services.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents to promote well-being.
• Document daily assistance provided and report any resident issues to the supervisor.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and adhere to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Capacity to work under pressure and handle critical situations with professionalism.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CPR/First Aid Certification may be necessary.
