Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Banker I to join Banner Bank, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client experiences. As a Banker, you will process transactions accurately and efficiently while actively promoting and selling Bank products/services to help clients achieve their financial goals. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Promote and sell Bank products/services via in-person and telephone interactions.
• Ensure high levels of reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of relevant experience in cash handling, client service, and sales.
• Strong organizational, math, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
